Evan brings over 40 years of experience in the New Zealand construction industry, having held senior roles across both consultancy and contracting sectors. His diverse background spans Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Commercial and Development Management, and Project Management making him a uniquely versatile asset to the Ironhorse Construction team.

Throughout his career, Evan has been involved in a broad range of project types including heritage refurbishments, commercial fit-outs, seismic strengthening, hospitality, public sector works, and specialist infrastructure. His practical understanding of project delivery is grounded in decades of hands-on leadership, including running one of New Zealand’s largest interior fit-out companies.

 

Known for his meticulous approach to cost estimation, financial control, and client liaison, Evan continues to add significant value to every stage of a project—from tender to completion.
