Graeme is a Senior Quantity Surveyor that has extensive background and experience, having 35 years in the industry both locally and overseas in the UK. He has worked exclusively for head contractors and subcontractors in many fields, from large commercial, industrial, residential, seismic strengthening, leaky building remediation, retail, hospitality, educational, medical and maintenance sectors. He has strong working knowledge of head contracts, the Construction Contracts Act, cost control, contract negotiations, client and consultant liaison.

 

Graeme has successfully been leading Quantity Surveyor or part of a team on a vast number of projects and is well regarded in the industry focusing on accuracy, production, team collaboration and honesty in all aspects of his work.

 

The majority of Graeme’s employed time historically has been in the Wellington area, and he has a wealth of experience collaborating with clients and consultants, together with subcontractors bringing their projects to a timely and successful completion, as an integral component of various construction teams.
