The Seaborne Petone Development, undertaken for CT Petone Ltd., is an exceptional exemplar of brownfield redevelopment. Located near the shoreline in Petone, this multi-unit residential project involved the demolition of a former commercial dry-cleaning facility and the transformation of the site into a breathtaking collection of 32 premium architectural townhouses, harmoniously integrated into the picturesque coastal neighbourhood.


This remarkable project comprises seven distinct townhouse blocks, each housing two and three-bedroom townhouses, thoughtfully arranged around a central courtyard. This layout was designed to maximize the outlook for each home, ensuring residents are treated to captivating views of their natural surroundings.

The units feature open-plan living, with the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas seamlessly flowing out to private outdoor courtyards. This design not only promotes a sense of spaciousness and community but also allows residents to embrace the beauty of the outdoor environment.


The $14 million Seaborne Petone Development is a testimony to Ironhorse Construction's commitment to innovative design, quality craftsmanship, and creating award-worthy spaces.
